Cancellation Policy

Because we have so many dog lovers calling our office, often in real distress about a serious behavioral problem, it is painful to turn people away and then have scheduled appointments not show up. We hope that you understand our need to ask that clients cancel appointments at least 48 hours before their appointment. We do need to bill for appointments that are not cancelled in advance, unless of course, there is an emergency that could not have been anticipated.

I agree to indemnify, release from liability and hold Dog’s Best Friend Training LLC. or its agents harmless against any claim, damage, or costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, resulting from any act of my pet or any services provided by Dog’s Best Friend Training LLC. This includes but is not limited to any action brought claiming simple or gross negligence on the part of Dog’s Best Friend Training LLC.
